Day 1: Start of The Adventure!

As you arrive by train or flight, the tour will start (starting time approximately at 7-8 in the morning). You will start the day with simple breakfast and then off to Coffee Station in Nidom area. Here, you will learn how to process coffees collected from nearby plantation. The day continue as you drive to Osing Kemiren Village. This ecotourism based village is home to a large population of Osing people in Banyuwangi.Osing is the ancestors of today's citizen of Banyuwangi as it is the descendant of Blambangan Hindu Kingdom. After learning their way of life,  you will enjoy delicious lunch before taking a drive to the refreshing Jagir waterfall. Get your swimsuit ready as you can swim around the shallow water. In late afternoon you will make one last stop to the souvenir shop to do some light shopping before we end the day with tasty dinner and return to your hotel to rest.

Day 2: To The Sea We Go!

After breakfast, you will visit the famous Watu Dodol. Fronted by a beach overlooking the Bali strait, the boulder located in the middle of the street has its history. From here you will continue driving to Bangsring. This small village by the beach is famous for its black tip reef shark conservation that release them in the wild once they are ready. Enjoy snorkelling time while feasting on delicious lunch. Approximately at 3 PM, your journey continue, this time to the centre of Banyuwangi and savouring the golden hour at Boom Beach. This beach was once a harbour and now is the place where the locals go to soak on the sun and play on the salty water with their family. Early dinner will be served at local restaurant before you return to the hotel and rest for the night.

Day 3: Morning Hike - Departure

At 01:30 AM wake up call will ring your room for you to get ready for the last adventure of the day. At 02:00 AM, you will go to Ijen Crater. Arriving at the parking area in Ijen, your local guide will brief you with some knowledge about Ijen and the climb. It is considered easy to moderate even for people who are not very fit. Enjoy the walk as you elevate to the top of the volcano for about an hour and a half. Arriving in the summit, light snacks will be served as you enjoy the sun rising, the sun shining on the turquoise crater lake of Ijen. Starts walking down to the parking area of Ijen around 6.30 AM where you will be served some breakfast packed in box before you return to your hotel and rest until check-out time.   Note: Your guide can help you to arrange transports for transfer to airport or train station if you wish.

  History Of The City Banyuwangi is the administrative capital of Banyuwangi Regency at the far eastern end of the island of Java, Indonesia. It had a population of 106,000 at the 2010 Census The town is also known as the city of the festival as many festivals are held throughout the year. The beauty of nature is spread across Banyuwangi from the west to the east. Mountains, forests and beaches mark the landscape of the regency. For instance, Ijen Crater, in the western part of Banyuwangi is famous for its beautiful crater lake, the traditional sulfur miners who amazingly climb up and down the slope of Mount Merapi, and the plantations that cover the Crater’s slope. The National Park of Meru Betiri is famous for its Java Tiger and turtles. These locations form the centre of the Tourism Developed area which is called the Diamond Triangle, which connects one Tourism Object to another. There native people of Banyuwangi are Banyuwanginese. They have their own dialect which combines the languages of Javanese and Balinese. Ethnic Javanese, Madurese, Balinese and people from Banjar also call Banyuwangi home. The diverse natural scenery, the rich art, culture, customs and traditions, constitute worthy treasures that must be introduced to all people.
